Non-Refundable fees, means is millions of people apply then the DHA will profit only and only lucky few will get the file of the plots. seems a Money making Scam to me. Why should millions of people loose fees when they are not even going to be winning the file even….
In fact this trend is being started in Pakistan by developers to collect easy money in this way. One can wait and can buy confirm plot later once ballot is done. This is the best choice for such reservation.

You have to make payment (membership and down payment) in the name of your bother once payment is updated you brother can do Hiba and you will get transfer plot at nominal DHA Bahawalpur Charges (all Govt. taxes will apply the same as regular). DHA Bahawalpur has not open transfer at the moment. Once the transfer schedule ready I will be able tell you Hiba Transfer Charges.
