    Sir if tow parties make a sale deed on a simple stamp paper and purchaser give some biana to buyer. After some days purchaser refuses the sale deed and not want to purchase the house or plot so then he can demand the biana amount return back to him. What is the law and tradition about that Plz reply.

    • In fact the tradition is not to return Biana, but Law says that agreement should be registered to get the support by Law. However it is not a criminal case and it is waste of time to go for court for land cases. The best solution is to sit both parties together and resolve the issue with mutual understanding.

      As per current market position (as it is growing, market trend is up ward) so it is plus point for seller not for buyer. Few days back I made a deal and it could not be mature due to buyer was back. We have return the token money and biana amount to buyer and sell the same with much better price. So its all depends on need and situation.

      Ethically it is better to return Biana to the buyer and look for the next buyer, I am sure you can get a better amount.
