    I bought a 10 marla file and I have intimation letter from dha, Kindly tell me status of letter. Is its price different from a affidavit file.

        DHA hasn’t officially confirmed any date for ballotting as yet. It will be a big news when they will, please keep in touch with this forum and you will get the news. As i perceived, it is not in anytime soon.

          You are right, DHA Gujranwala is not launched yet even. If DHA has to offer bookings on installment then first it will offer installment files once booking ballot is done then later there will be plot ballot. We do not have any time for this.

        Sir you have been using this same phrase ‘3 to 5 years project’ for last over year and a half (since i am following this forum). Don’t you need to minus few months/years from it or the project maturity date keeps slipping ahead.

          We suggest as per condition. We do not get any delivery time frame from builder / developer or authority. As we beleive on official statements, untill that we just give an onverall expected time frame which may reduce or invrease with un forseen reasons. In Pakiatan we are not very good to deliver in time. So we have no other choice to give a range of time frame. I hope you understand our limitation.

          Property Investment in nature is not for shorter run but with smart move you can play in short time with the risk of profit as well as loss. For secure and consistsnt growth you need holding time.

          Brother ‘ I think three to five year means from today’ 2015price was 18lack. Today is 30.25 lack. If u buy today we can expect after 3 years could be 60. Because gujranwala 10marla is from 60 to 70. If every thing is gud’ dha announce balloting. If not more should be at least equal ‘

        I have a plan for 12-15 months investment. I have to sale after that and take some profit out and reinvest the balance amount. Therefore, appreciate if you can advise the expected market value after 12-15 months.

        How much tax is required to be paid. If I purchase or sell its remain same. 1.50 lac deduction is too much. Any good reason

        DHA Gujranwala is 3 to 5 years holding project, it is recommended if you can hold for next 3 to 5 years. Prices may go up and come down in short term depending on demand supply and overall market situation.

      Can you please shed light on dha gujranwala, what is actually happening there is this a right time for entry is there any price reduction expected in coming weeks.

        Prices may come up and down mean while in any project due to demand and supply rule. But as we are discussing about property which required holding time. DHA Gujranwala will be a good investment for 3 t to 5 year holding time.

      What is rate for non – affidavit file of 10 marla? When is balloting expected? What will b development charges for 10 marla after balloting?

        What do you mean by Non Affidavit file? Are you asking for allocation file?
        There is no ballot expected in near future
        Development charges are decided yet by DHA but just a rough idea it may vary between 13 to 15 lacs

          At the moment is not possible to predict any price range of official launched for DHA Gujranwala 10 Marla and 1 Kanal files.

      Both are good for investment. For living it is ones personal choice as per his her requirements, if I will chose for living, I will select DHA Gujranwala.

    What will b the expected development charges of 10 Marla dha gujranwala file. I came to know that it will b around 5 lace on installment basis. Also sir if some one unable to pay development charges then what will b the outcome of that thx

    • Dear Mudasar Virk Bhai,

      DHA Gujranwala is not yet announced any development charges list officially. But as it Lahore Chapter also development cost can be equal to Lahore but not less then Lahore. There should be no difference of cost among cities. In DHA Lahore recent development charges in Phase 9 Prism and Phase 8 IVY Green 10 Marla development charges are 13 lacs.

      If some one don’t pay development charges in time, DHA don’t cancel the plot. A fine of late payment is charge on annual basis as 20% per annum.

    Dear Atif Bhai, Many thanks for your kind response. I request your kind advice regarding DHA Gujranwala i.e. should we invest there for some 8-10 months. What is expected profit during this period of 10 marla files. Rates are going down and there is no news regarding development work or balloting. Please highlight about this project for your clients information. Thanks a lot.

      DHA Gujranwala will be launched in last, now Multan booking is open. May be DHA Gujranwala will be launched at 2017 end or in beginning of 2018. We do recommend DHA Gujranwala for minimum 1 year holding time.

      Sir, I suggest few changes in your website.
      1. Comments should appear date wise. Presently comments are appearing haphazardly taking long time to scroll down.
      2. Reply shud be seen under same comment where reply was given.
      3. Uploading of comments is quite slow. It should be an immediate appearance in comments box.

        Thank you for your feedback. We are using WordPress platform for our website. It is system limitations. Comments are arranged date wise. Every new parent comment come first. But reply to a an old comment do not change parent comment location and it remain on the same location when it was posted. However every new reply to the same parent come comment come under the same comment. We have Enable threaded (nested) comments 4 levels deep. You can reply up to 4 levels of comment. Every comment have reply button up to 4 level. I hope you understand our system limitation.

    Dha gujranwala is the best option. Why 1”’ location is much better than ‘ multan’ bahawalpur dha’ center of lahore and Islamabad ‘ three airports’ Gi Road. 2nd”’prices are very. Economical as compared to dc ‘Master city’ ‘etc etc. 3rd.. It is long term, 3.5. Years investment. 10 marla must be. Gone up to 70lack ‘ 4rth. Dha is a military project the most trustworthy.

      there is no single file in D.H.A gujranwala, all is drama of different investors, in order to get high prices according to their choice. now people will see, in the end of march the price of 10 marla will be 40 lac, its drama
