KARACHI: A fishing boat sailed to deep sea from Gwadar 12 days back was disappeared in the sea with fears of drowning of nine people aboard.
The boat went to the sea 12 days ago for fishing was not returned back. All the men on the boat were drowned, Maritime Security Agency sources said. Eight among the nine men aboard were from Karachi.
A boat wreckage and an unidentified body of a 30-35year-age man was found from the Hawksbay beach on Saturday evening.
“The body is one of the men on the boat”, Edhi sources said.
The men aboard were included Illahi Bakhsh of Agra Taj Colony, Mohammed Anwar (Baldia), Usman Ghani (Garden), Jan Mohammed (Sehwani), Mohammed Ishaque (Khokhrapar), Ali Mohammed (Malir), Ghulam Rasool (Khadda Market, Memon Society), Illahi Bakhsh (Hawksbay), Hakeem s/o Ghulam Rasool (Baldia)
