Islamabad: Housing schemes asked to demarcate

Capital Development Authority (CDA) has directed the housing societies to demarcate lands transferred to it for roads, parks, mosques, sewerage treatment plants and playgrounds.

Sponsors of the housing schemes approved by CDA in Islamabad Territory Administration are requested to demarcate on ground the land transferred to CDA provided for roads,

parks, graveyards and sewerage treatment plant, and display a board clearly indicating the approved land use.

Deputy Director General Housing & Development Planning Ghulam Sarwar Sandhu have already issued letters in

this regard separately to the management of each housing scheme.

According to the letter, after 15 days, the land would be demarcated and occupied by CDA at its own for the convenience of the allottees of the plots in these schemes.
