  1. If DHA is unable to deliver plot’s possessions should announce some incentives (at least equal to the profit of national savings ) to quit at the moment after fifteen years. I hope that most of the allottees will opt to quit from DHA Valley.

      Development is going on at site but very slow. 1 or 2 block posssession is also handed over I think. Recently new ballot held and developmemnt is going for these blocks. Hopefully it will be deliver but may take few more years.

  3. As usual overseas Pakistanis are ripped off by the heaters in pakistan. No development done price charged in US dollars and we are losers. Then reballotimg to give good location to their favourite people. No change so far. Overseas were cheated in past, present and future as usual.

      Unfortunately this project could not performed as it should be. I think DHA should consider the concerns of stakeholders seriously. It is negligence by DHA Islamabad that the issue could not be resolved yet.

    It was proposed that balloting shall be held on 23rd March for 5 and 8 marla plots for the people who have paid all the charges. Can you guide me what happened

  7. DHA Valley 5 Marla and 8 Marla ballot

    DHAIslamabad announced ballot date for 5-marla and 8-marla residential plots in DHA Valley, according to a publication. For phase-wise allotment and handing over possession, the ballot will be held on December 23, 2018.

      I do recommend DHA Valley Islamabad 5 Marla home in this budget. Price range is 30 to 35 lacs. But you must visit the location first and then decide. Location choice is your own decision. Only DHA can tell when exactly they are ready to give possession. On site houses are ready. Hope fully they will give possession soon. For possession related quires please contact DHA Islamabad directly.

        It is recommended to buy an open file in DHA Valley. It is just like cash. Procedure for Buying a file in DHA Valley is as under:

        Select a plot as per map
        Give token money of 50,000 to 100,000 (mutual understanding)
        Verify file from DHA Valley Office Islamabad
        Get file fresh open from seller (dues are payable by seller for fresh opening)
        Check all the documents in DHA Office
        Get all documents from seller and pay the renaming balance in cash or pay order
