      Development work started at Phase 9 Prism, and this time DHA is much more concerned to deliver with best minimum possible time. Best time is 2 year holding to get maximum benefit.

      Your plot is located just facing boundary and close to dead end of Sector J and also there is Nala behind Sector J boundary. I will suggest you to sell this location and buy a good location plot with some addition of money in the same Sector J. Your plot DHA Phase 9 Prism Sector j-1508 current market price is 22 lacs.

    An inaugural ceremony was held in DHA Phase 9 Prism Sector P Sector Park for DHA Lahore’s largest phase Prism -9, regarding developmental works. Brigadier Zafar Yaseen Babar, Administrator DHA Lahore, inaugurate the ceremony. He told that:

    1. Phase 9 Prism would be developed in four years, and would have all modern facilities.
    2. An area of 40,000 Kanals and could be accessed from 8 different directions.
    3. A city mall, having latest facilities, a modern university as well as a modern hospital would also be built in it.
    4. Having Masjids, Churches, Cafes, Golf Courses, Water Theme Parks, Business Centres, a drive-in- Cinema, Polo Clubs, Race Courses, Convention Centres, Electronic Parking System, Emergency Service and a Police Station.

    Chief Engineer Colonel ( r ) Shah Jahan told that Phase 9 Prism would have:

    1. 25, 600 residential plots
    2. 1, 900 commercial plots
    3. Maximum length of roads in the phase would be 30 km, which would be 120 to 150 ft wide
    4. Other roads in the Prism, consisting of 2 to 3 lanes, would be 60 to 80 ft wide, and these would be capable of bearing an increasing traffic load.
    5. Service lane would also be built along every road
    6. 27 overhead water tanks, along with tube-wells
    7. 6 sewerage stations would also be built
    8. 6 grid stations would be built for the power supply
    9. The system would be underground While LED lights would also be installed

    For security purposes a boundary wall would be built around DHA Phase 9 Prism Lahore.

        If it is the exact number then your plot DHA Phase 9 Prism Sector H-1085 current market value is 78 lacs approx. Only one number difference can make change in price i.e. 1086 or 1087 price may come down up to 72 lacs approx. I personally love such locations, having all facilities of life within it. In this location you can enjoy daily grocery by walk, go to Masjid by walk and Sector H Park of 46.6 Kanal is in front of you and easy access to Lahore Ring Road Interchange. If I would the holder of this plot I will retain this location for my own residence 🙂

      There are lot of options available in this budget, but you will hardly get an average location in this budget. However few locations are available from 60 to 65 lacs. If you can increase your budget up to 70 lacs you can get a reasonable location in H, M, L, N blocks.
