1) For home pak arab is better or 9 town (Pak arab is full but 9 town on ground in just land now) or do we you have any other option with better approach?

Thank you for your feed back. Definite DHA 9 Town is much better then Pak Arab is location is not concern. If you are looking for close access to Ferozpur Road then Pak Arab is also recommended. Do not go for DHA Phase 9 Town file, plots area available at reasonable prices so we dont need to go for files in DHA 9 Town. It will be a best place for 5 Marla living in near future.

DHA PHASE 9, Atif bhai my client have 75 LAC Cash and he can manage 30 lac plus as well.
Please sugess option to buy plot in Phase 7 or Phase 9, he is invester not in hurry to build home.
1- What is 1st paid , 2nd paid people have mentioned on their plots ?
2- What are the total development charges of phase 8 and how many installments it need to pay ?
3- Some plots are available in 85 lac, not concern about location. is there any installments left for them or just need to pay development charges ?

In case of 1 crore investment and construction is not required in near future then Phase 9 Prism is recommended. 1 & 2 paid mean the number of development installments paid 1 or 2 or 3 etc. But you must clarify that it is civilian installment paid or Army installment paid. Civilian installment is 162500 and Army installment is 50000.
Please clarify are you asking about Development Charges of Phase 8 or 9. As this page is specific for Phase 9 Inquiries
Atif Bhai if civilian buy from army allotee then in that case instalment applicable on army officer same shall be paid by civilian after transfer or civilian rate of DC will be applicable

I’m an overseas Pakistani and have recently bought a 5 Marla plot in Phase 9 J Block. Haven’t received the development charges schedule as yet. Wanted to know the procedure to get it and how long it takes? Also, can someone get it on my behalf?

Development charges schedule will given to you with Intimation Letter, when you will come to Pakistan you need to visit DHA Office and collect intimation letter in person. When you bought this file how much installments were paid at the time of transfer?
I won’t be able to visit Pakistan until January next year. Will development charges be deferred till then or is there a way to get the details and pay it. Besides, One installment was paid.

Mostly 5 Marla plots 2nd installment last date is 31 July. However it is not same for all 5 Marla plots. You need to check with DHA. The person who gave undertaking on your behalf at the time of transfer can go to DHA office and ask them for copy of development schedule.
How long will DHA office take to provide the development charges schedule, if he asks them for one?
No time sir. Go to director land and request him for development schedule, he will provide you the development charges schedule copy. He is very cooperative person.

I have budget 50-60lacs. And inshAALLAH I will be able to pay developmental charged separately. Please advise me if I will be able to buy 10 merla plot in prism 9. And which block will be the best option to buy 10 merla plot. I don’t want to buy 5 merla plot. Because including developmental charges it will cost me 45-50 lacs. But after 3-4 years it will be not be worth more than 70 lacs .ALLAH know better. Please advise me in this matter. I will really appreciate your advise,

You can buy the location of 10 Marla in 50 to 60 budget. All Sectors are equally good. In fact the best location is not facing park, main boulevard, corner etc the best location is which you can buy in your budget 🙂
