      1. We have no information regarding total number of plots. Only information is that is it is 6000 Kanal land project in this phase.

    1. I do not have any idea about own. However if you mature the plot it is confirm that you will in profit. DHA Bahawalpur ballot will be on 27th of November. We should wait and see what happen with DHA Bahawalpur after 27th of November

      2- We do not have any information regarding ballot, please contact DHA Peshawar directly
      3- Highly recommended for plot trading (mean for best return you should mature file up to plot)
      4- One Kanal confirm allocation was 60 lacs. For 10 Marla I am not updated, will update soon here

      DHA Bahawalpur ballot is going to be held on 27th of November. DHA Pehshawar last date of submission is 5th of December. So you wait and see the out come of DHA Bahawalpur till 2 or 3 December and then decide for booking in DHA Peshawar (it is just a choice). I personally do not think to wait for DHA Bahawalpur for my own bookings in DHA Peshawar, again it is my personal point of view.

      Thank you so much for your early kind reply.

      Could not understand your sentence about “confirm allocation of 1 Canal was around 6 million” ?
      Does it mean that the plots for sale in the market now of 1 Canal has the ON market rate of 60 lacs against the investment of Down Payment of Rs.550,000/- (1 Canal). Very lucrative if thats the case or I am mistaken.
      Can one person/CNIC apply more than 1 applications ?

      Do you have any confirmed allocations in Hand for Sale of 1 Canal & 10 Marlas ? If yes ! Then I shall try to sell them out here in Karachi to investors, apart also kindly let me know the procedure of transfer, does the buyer has to be present in DHA Peshawar ?

      Have you visited yourself there ? Is the infrastructure like roads,electricity etc complete there of development work going on ?

      1. At the moment the registration is going no the plot booking. Like other builders are following this practice. Now DHA is also following the same market practice. DHA is ask for the registration. E.g. registration fee for 1 Kanal application is 1000 + 10000 = 11,000 after registration there will be ballot for successful applicants. The successful applicants will make down payment within one month of the ballot. Who could not be successful their registration amount is non refundable.

        Now confirm allocation mean that which already a confirm booking in shape of allocation. Which is a usual process of any DHA either Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi or else where. Usually DHA do not offer bookings. DHA get lands from farmers or investors and issue then affidavit, they sell the affidavit in market, once the affidavit transfer to a next person it become the allocation. So affidavit is agreement between DHA and Farmer. When farmer get this affidavit and sell to a third person, farmer request to DHA that transfer this affidavit to the said person. DHA issue a letter of transfer to the said person that is called allocation.

        I mentioned that before this booking was offered the confirm allocation of 1 Kanal price was 60 lacs (lump sump full payment). But now DHA offer a low price booking that is 55 lacs in installments. So this definite crash the confirm allocation file price. Now lump sump full payment files are being offered in market from 40 to 45 lacs. As the last date of booking is 5th December so market may fluctuate more. We can wait and see what happen next in market. Also DHA Bahawalpur ballot data is announced, DHA Bahawalpur is also booked on the same pattron. Let see what will be market price of DHA Bahawalpur confirm allocation (lump sump full payment i.e. 30 lacs currently approx) after ballot. 1 Kanal offered for booking at 38 lacs in installment by DHA Bahawalpur.

        One must be present to DHA Peshawar to get transfer if allocation of affidavit. The affidavit transfer fee is same like all other DHAs. That is Rs. 6500 + 2 Photos and ID card copy of buyer and personal presence in DHA Peshawar in case of Peshawar. In market practice is that we make token money for affidavit approx 1 lacs and give 6500 fee plus required documents and apply for intimation letter. On approval of intimation we receive intimation letter and make payment to seller. DHA issued allocation letter after one month and buyer need to pay membership fee after receiving the intimation letter or he can pay later as well. Membership fee is Rs. 22,830 in Lahore. In case of Peshawar it may differ. But usually it is same for all DHAs.

        I have not visited the site my self yet recently. But the area is known to me. At this stage only registration is being offered. No development work is started yet and I dont think it will be in very near future. it may take few years.

      Hope that the draw of DHA Bahawalpur has taken place today and hope that the market rates idea will be available in a couple of days. But as in my opinion the DHA Peshawar will give more fruitful results in terms of investment, provided the pace of development work is very good as Bahria Town does normally.

      1. Definite DHA Peshawar has more brighter scope then DHA Bahawalpur as far as return on investment is concern. Peshawar has a strategic location from centuries and its own importance. Also Peshawar is capital of KPK. SO the future of Peshawar DHA is bright.

          I can help you in this matter but once transfer is open. At the moment transfer is no open. We are waiting till transfer open. However transfer is open for 1 Kanal file against land. If you can pay full cash payment you can buy 1 Kanal @ 51 lacs.

      Is it mandatory to send copies of DHA Peshawar Application / Bank Paid Slips through E.Mail or by Courier ? Wont the records be updated automatically based on applications we have sent with paid slips through Bank.

      1. Yes it is mandatory to send through courier. Sending through mail just to inform DHA that you have deposited the amount and applied for booking. But form must be received by DHA through bank or through courier or in personal.

    1. These files are available before booking started. These files are available on cash payment. These files are given to landlord against their land which they have surrenderd to DHA Bahawalpur

    1. Yes DHA PESHAWAR has already been launched. it has 6000 kanals plots in his first phase. it has 108 kanal front. 50 percent of the land will be utilized for residential purposes, 30 for roads and streets and 20 percent for school, hospitals and markets.
