DHA Peshawar was conceived in the year 2007 and first project by DHA in Peshawar. Definite, Peshawar has a history from centuries. People are using this passage from centuries due to it strategic location. The name DHA is the most credible society in Pakistan in all aspects. I am very hope full for the success of DHA Peshawar. People of Peshawar have invested in all DHA’s in Pakistan so they will not miss the DHA of their own city. I belong to Attock area. My village is located at 1.5 KM off GT Road at Kamra Aeronautical Complex (Qutba More). Fact that most of land in this area is being purchased by Pathans and specially people of Peshawar and still buying.

Dear atif bhai please tell me is it possible once successful in ballot can I sell the file before paying any installment at some own and second one is what difference one can forsee in terms of percentage between balloted installment file and confirm allocation file once balloting process is over thanks
In general seller can sell the plot at any stage once the intimation letter received. But transfer is always done with updated paid file or plot. In case DHA Peshawar once people get intimation letter and transfer open by DHA Peshawar you can sell with dues paid till date you are transferring the file. Irrespective of you are paying the dues to up date the file or buyer. File can be transferred with up dated status.

Before signing any document we agreed with terms and conditions and then sign the document. Usually what people do that do not read the terms and conditioners and just simply sign the document. DHA Peshawar 10 Marla files are not available cash payment. But you can buy 1 Kanal files on cash payment. 10 Marla files are only offered via ballot

What else could be better that you get a plot on instalment package and paying the amount in instalment. 1 Lacs is no difference. If 1 Kanal file in DHA Peshawar after ballot will be available in 55 lacs I mean no profit & no loss then cash payment file will decrease up to 8 to 10 lacs possibly.
In cash payment you are paying a lump sump amount, so this amount in bound and you can use it until you liquidate it. On the other hand in instalment plan you can use your amount until last payment.
