    I am in the process of buying 4 kanals in shahdrah, lahore. It is currently agricultural land with permission for commercial buildings. I have been told that the rate for conversion from agricultural to commercial is 4% fixed + 2% more if greater than 10 marla.
    What has confused me is that this 4% is based on a value of 3 lac 80 thousand ruppees per marla, which is far beyond the 1 lac/marla i paid.
    Is this information correct regarding 3 lac 80 thousand/marla base?

    Sir, I have a plot of 3.5 Marlas in Eden Garden Extention, Ferozpure Road. I have paid 3,24000 Rs so far. Lots of people are saying that Eden Garden project is too much delayed and they wont give you plot within 5-6 years. No, I am very much fad up and want to sale it. Tell me should I sale it or should I keep it and try to pay full payment. Please guide me. Thx

    For investment Bahria town Lahore is better or Rawalpindi. Further, which type of plot is more suitable for investment, Commercial or Residential.

      Commercial property is definite much much better than residential. Residential properties are for living, hence commercial properties are purely for business purpose. It is really hard to compare Bahria Town Rawalpindi and Lahore from investment point of view unless we know the individual priority.
