1. Bahria own has converted awami villas inot flats. All allottees are requested to protest against this act of unkindness. Bahria town also demanded Rs.1.5 lacs more in addition to the cost of villas. Please come togather to protest against this.

   1. This project was booked in 2005, now you can get Awami Villa in re sale. Price range vary between 8 to 15 lacs for possession and non possession Awami Villas. For delivery time of non possession Awami Villas please contact Bahria Town directly.

3. The balloting result should have been uploaded for the benefit of the Awam as it is not possible for all the would be owners to visit the Head Office.Request do the needfull Bahria Town.
