CDA directs to complete road related works in Park enclave

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Imtiaz Inayat Elahi on Monday directed the directorate concerned to complete the demarcation on roads and leveling of land in Park Enclave to facilitate public and investors.

During his visit to the recently launched housing scheme, Imtiaz said the authority would complete the process of road demarcation and land leveling to carry out formal development work in the housing scheme.

A 150-feet wide road has been demarcated from Park Road opposite to the Agro-Farm, Chak Shehzad and adjacent to Chatta Bakhtawar.

However, another 150-feet road has also been demarcated from Kurri road well before Kurri village.

The CDA Chairman directed the officials concerned to construct two entry gates one each at Park Road and Kurri Road to facilitate the public and investors.

Sixty percent of land in the housing scheme would be meant for natural beautification. The scheme is located just only four km from Islamabad Club having intersection of two 600 wide roads, conveniently accessible from all major roads such as Kashmir Highway, Park Road, Lehtrar Road, Kuri Road and Islamabad Highway.

The project has green and clean environment, civic amenities including mosque, school, club house (including facilities of swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, indoor games and Gym etc.

It would also be equipped with Broadband (Telecom, TV &Internet) having Fiber to the home (FTTH) network for all type of communication, telephone network with internal free access, Broadband high speed internet, High speed gaming for children, HDTV& TV on demand, Distance learning for homework from community school, Digital Library, books, and videos, Communication media for Traffic control system and Communication media for Security system For the first time, CDA is introducing water metering and billing through digital metering as a pilot project.
