      Currently map for sector F is not available, I will suggest you to hold it till map announced. Currently you may get an offer between 30 to 32 lacs

7. DHA Balloting is Big FRAUD.Beaware only worst location plots r given to ordinary investor. Good location plots balloted for insiders. DHA is Chor criminals
   I had 5 files but given worst plots in most narrowest street despite 60,80,150,250 feet street, despite 70+ park/green areas in Sector “B”, and hundreds of Corner plots. All mine plots haf nothing..no corners no facing park or wide road. It’s evil shrewd corrupt Balloting.
   The computer only produce what is programmed into it. If it was fair Balloting then it was impossible for me to have all plots in worst location. I had 5 but none in premium location. Shame of DHA Corruption.
   Beware . don’t trust DHA with your investment. you would lose money, time in years. No profit just loss I mean Lisa’s in lakhs and wastage of several years

8. DHA did fradulant Balloting. I had 5 files but not even one got any premium features like Corner, facing park, wide Road. Not even one plot got even anyone…all in narrowest road, no corner, no park 🙁
   Stay away from DHA Bahwalpur, the DHA keep acquiring more land thus more files and no buyers, thus constant lowest price in DHA bahwalpur. It will stay low Forever. DHA greed has no end . Thy keep premium plots for themselves, blaming computer or luck but it’s the evil greed & Corruption in DHA. Otherwise, how is it possible that none out of 5 plots get anything at all. Huge price difference between plots with features Vs plot without anything. Ordinary plot 1 kanal =30Lakh Vs plot with premium features=50Lakh so 20 Lakhs difference. That how DHA insider become rich Vs ordinary investor blame bad luck, computer Balloting. But computer only do what it’s programmed and what is needed into it.

      Thank you for your valued feedback. In fact I know many people who only has one file and they Corner + Boulevard, mean double category plot and many got only corner, facing park and boulevard. Believe me they only have one file. Its all ballot. Few people I know who got pairs, all are from general public.

9. My 10 marla plot is in Sector “D”. Cant see Sector “D” map and is sector “D” have 10 marla plots or it is a mistake instead of “C” they put “D”

    I have been allocated 1 kana plot in sector J in DHA Bahawalpur ballot yesterday. But I don’t see any Sector J on the map.
    Is there any sector J exists at all.
    I heard that it would be in Sector A, B ,D or E.
    Can you please advise.
