Above given rates are as per market. Yet there is no significant change in rates since last 1 month. As it is not a FMCGS (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) so there is no need for every day rate for property. In fact there is no perfect (single) rate for any property in any specified area. Property rates may differ from 10% to 15% from different sources. Property rates are purely based on need and urgency of Seller and Buyer.
