14-WATER SUPPLY
Supply of clean and WHO standard quality potable water in a surplus quantity to the scheme residents is been made possible by the installation of tube wells of —–2 cusecs capacity each and construction of ——– Overhead reservoirs of capacity one lakh gallons each and a height of around 100 ft.
Distribution Network is been designed using loop system with pipe sizing/capacity based on the peak hour flows of the areas to be served as worked out by considering 100 gallons per capita per day consumption

15-SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE
An efficient sewerage and drainage system is been provided in the scheme to cater for the waste and rain water of the scheme.
Sewerage system has been designed using Manning’s formula for peak flow calculations and taking 80% return of potable water demand of the scheme as sewage water along with an allowance of infiltration and storm water. A sewage disposal station is also proposed in the scheme near the final disposal point of the main sewer i.e. Hadyera drain. RCC sewer pipes with size varying from 9 to 27 in dia will be provided.

16-LANDSCAPE
Landscaping is an essential part that magnifies and embellishes the ambiance of a Scheme. It also causes to provide habitat, healthy & pollution free environment to the residents.     1: hi sir, i just want some info about 5marla plot if we put deposit about 6lakh so how much is rest of instalament work out 4year plan.

    2: same deposit in 5 marla home and how much is rest of instalament for 4 year plan.

    Its near to Bahria town Sector A,B,C but prices are higher than bahria town. Is not it worth to invest in bahria town sector B or C than Dream Gardens?
