LAHORE: The Punjab government has started providing subsidised flour under the Ramzan Package to the people. On Tuesday, around 255,000 flour bags of 20-kg were sold to the people at 414 Ramzan bazaars and 512 sales points across the province, a DGPR handout read. Under the package, a 20-kg flour bag was being sold for Rs 200. A large number of people visited the bazaars. According to details, 55,062 flour bags were sold in Lahore; 34,660 in Gujranwala; 41,412 in Faisalabad; 15,056 in Sargodha; 28,325 in Multan; 48,175 in Rawalpindi; 12,192 in DG Khan; and 20,642 bags were sold in Bahawalpur.
