    plz brother send me all details related to this scheme, i have paid for 11 marla plot, if this is a fake society how i can claim in court plz guide me, if u know the people who have become victim of this society, made them to contact me so that our case be strong, waiting for ur reply

    This society is fake. I visited it many times and investigated it thoroughly and also met the local residents. They gave advertisements way back in 2007 as well. You can check Oct 2007 Jang from the archives to verify the same. Following are the main reasons counting towards its doubts;
    1. As per CDA laws a housing society is required to acquire at least 1600 kanals for its registration. RP has the same only in papers whereas they only have approx 1050 kanals in possession.
    2. RP does not have any main approach road of itself rather they got the facility of same from neighboring housing society.
    3. The shows the visitors partially developed area as the completed portion whereas the same is not completed yet. They claim that this area is fully allotted but its not true. They haven’t provided full basic facilities in this area yet since 2007. How can you assume they will provide the same in an area which is yet to be developed.
    4. Roads are made up of khaka and clay (non-metaled) even in so called developed area.
    5. No facility of water even no water tank is made even in so called developed area.
    6. No arrangements of electricity. Even in so called developed area standing poles are just ornamental, they are not connected with electric source. No main electric source, poles or transformers ???
    7. No provision of gas facility not even in developed area.
    8. Their claim to give possession in 1.5 years seems to be false keeping in view the previous pace and quantity of equipment and manpower presently held.
    9. Their owners are Sindhi’s very close friends of some PPP people. If PPP Govt. goes they will also go.
    All buyers are advised to take caution in their own interest.
