   1. no regi will not be included in DHA ,it is KP Govt. township,infact DHA and regi are side by side located on either side of Nsir bagh road and canal.

   1. As ballot is not done by DHA Peshawar so there is no need to send installment. But you can follow following process to submit your installment if you are out side Peshawar or Pakistan.

      You can send your installment through pay order via courier service at DHA Peshawar Office address. Make Pay Order in name of DHA Peshawar on the back side of pay order mention following:

      1- Your reference number (which you will be allotted in ballot result)
      2- Your full name
      3- Your Father name
      4- Your CNIC
      5- Home address (given on booking form)
      6- Your contact number

      Also you can make your own cover letter of can print the following, fill this form attached your pay order with it and send it to DHA Peshawar postal address.

    How is the outcome of DHA Bahawalpur ? What are the current market rates ?

    Till when is the balloting expected of DHA Peshawar ?

    1. Both seller and buyers are in the market, although buyer are few and seller are more at this stage. Still there is no market rate. Due to no transaction in market there is no real time rate. Different sellers are asking different demands, form 10 lacs profit to 50,000 profit. Every one has its own ROI but no real transaction until intimation letters received. For DHA Peshawar ballot please contact DHA Peshawar, we do not have any confirm date, however when we have any confirm date will post here

       Regi Nasir Bagh adjacent to Askari-6 and Regi Model Town.

    1. It is Defence Housing Authority project like others in DHA Lahore, DHA Gunranwala, DHA Multan, DHA Bahawalpur, DHA Karachi and DHA Islamabad

    2. according to the newspaper 10 marla plot price is 28 lacs
