NFC is an old project and could not be delivered yet, there is no specific time for delivery. However development work is going on. Both are good facing park as well as 60 feet road. It is ones personal choice.

AOA Atif Bhai. What is your advise for NFC2? I have a 1o marla plot in NFC2 and now thinking to sell it since no development for last 3,4 years. Do you think that these kind of meetings will start the development and will help in price increase?

Hope for the best, but still I think NFC Phase 2 is among one of the societies which shows a significant price increase in last two years. At the moment market is overall slow. As far as location of NFC Phase 2 is concern, it is ideally located on Multan Road and have direct access from Multan and access from Raiwind Road via Sui Gas Phase 2. I recommend to hold this investment if you can.
What is rate of 10 Marla plot in NFC phase 2.. is plot available on installment ?
