  1. Please guide me its worth to buy plot in Bahria town E sector or buy in PAEC society. Please guide me in this regard. I m govt employee.

    1. In fact Bahria Town development regarding Sector D and E is going very fast and rapid. Although previous history is quite different regarding developments and delivery of projects. However it is predicted, keeping in view the current pace of development that Bahria Town will be successful regarding Sector D and E development and delivery in time. I better recommend you that if you can afford Sector E then you should go for Sector E.

I have a 5.33 marla Safari villa plot near sfari villa 292 and want to construct a double story house for living there.Please suggest me if it would be better as compared to construct a 10 marla house in sector E in considering long term investment and family comfort level living there when i have a job outside and one of my family member have a job at college road(he would require public transport facility.

    1. I do not recommend Society Build Houses in any project. DHA Home and Villas are worst example of houses as well as Askri projects of DHA. Same as Bahria Town Safari Villas quality is worst for living.

      Private builders houses are much better in quality and for living.

  4. What is your assessment about this Sector? Considering too many projects and development work is going on in Bahria Town, will they the finish the project in mentioned time of 20 months and give possessions as promised in 14 months? How is the track record of Bahria? What about living their?

    I am an overseas Pakistani and considering to book a 5 Marla plot in Sector E, what is your advice, like will it be a nice locality to live? or Is it worth investment?

    1. I recommend Bahria Town Sector E Booking in case you can pay the instalment on time. Failure to pay instalment on time may return into loss of the paid amount. Kindly read the terms & conditions care fully before making booking decision, specially term # 2.

      Past track record of Bahria Town is not hidden by any one. Yet I have noticed changed in the policy of Bahria Town, they have learnt form previous experience. At time they are going fast for development. I asses this time Bahria Town will not revise the same practice of 2005. as far as development is concern.

      Development work for Sector D is going on at site. Yet I prefer Bahria Town Sector D over Bahria Town Sector E due to it location. Also price for Bahria Town Sector D was Rs. 1,275,000 where as Sector E price is Rs. 1,375,000.

      Bahria Town previous projects are occupying rapidly. Massive construction has been started in Bahria Town Lahore.
