Under the supervision of PD New Town Housing Scheme & Deputy Commissioner Gwadar Anis Tariq Gurgej, acceleration in development of New Town Phase I, construction of roads, greenery, street lights and sign direction boards are installed.
Rapid development work going on at Sangar Housing Project Gwadar. Possession announced for Phase 1 & 4. This project is located at natutal Hammer Head near Port on Koh e Batail, one the most unique location of subcontient. Maximum height of Koh e Batail is 449 ft.
Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa tweeted that Construction Work on New Gwadar International Airport (NGIA) starts. He also added that all pending issues has been resolved, stalled containers of machinery for NGIA has been cleared from Gwadar Port. Labour mobilised at site and educated on COVID-19 SOPs. Recently renevation work competed for GDA Central Park Jinnah Avenue Gwadar near Jamia Masjid Gwadar at intersection of Pishukan Avenue and Jinnah Avene. This park is located after New Town and Before GDA Scheme 5 on Main Jinnah Avenue Gwadar.
