The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will construct three new sectors in the capital and has directed the Islamabad chief commissioner to close registries and transfers of land in E-13, D-13 and F-13 sectors after October 30.
Sources said the CDA had already started implementing steps to stop trade of land in the new sectors. The CDA land department has sent a letter to the chief commissioner in which it stated that the old records will be referred to the CDA for allotting of plots, according to the New Land Requisition Policy.
