WEATHER of provincial metropolis would remain cloudy during the next 24 hours, predicted the MET Office on Wednesday.
MET has also predicted that scattered thunderstorm and rain was expected over upper NWFP, north and northeast Punjab and Kashmir. Isolated thunderstorm and rain is also expected over Mirpur Khas Division of Sindh.
Moreover, current monsoon activity is likely to increase during next the 48 hours. Maximum temperature of Lahore was recorded at 39 C and minimum at 28C.
Highest maximum temperature of the country was recorded at 46 C at Dalbandin and lowest minimum temperature at 14 C at Hunza. Moreover, one millimetre (mm) rainfall was recorded at Muzaffarabad, Balakot and Talhatta during the last 12 hours.
