Why everyone keeps saying the price of for example 1 kanal is 38 lack. Till now there is no idea of development charges which could make the price of kanal to 56-58 lack. In your experience what is the rough idea about the cost of development charges.

In Lahore recently DHA charging 19.50 lacs for 1 Kanal plot in DHA Phase 9 Prism Lahore. Only DHA Bahawalpur can tell about the development charges. We cannot make any assessment at this stage. You may contact DHA Bahawalpur directly for further assistance.

Thank you for your comment. These images are provided by our visitor Mr. Abdul Ghafoor . There are routine changes in DHA Management. I highly recommend to buy DHA Bahawalpur. Prices are at low. Just imagine you are getting 1 Kanal in 30 lacs only mean 1 Marla @ 150,000. With DHA Brand it is very attractive price. This price is excluding development charges.

I am resident of Lahore and will prefer DHA Gujranwala. Choice of investment is based on many variables just price gain or high return is not the only factors for investment decision. An individual can prioritize his own preferences. So choice of different people may differ due to their preferences.
