Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore offers sale of Residential and Commercial plots in DHA Phase I to VIII and DHA Town. These plots are offered on installment package for 2 to 3 years time. Participants are requetsed to read the terms and conditions carefully before applying for booking.
Also DHA Lahore will collect an Handsome Amount in shape of processing fee. Processing fee for Overseas Pakistanis applicants are:
- Residential Plots $ 100
- Commercial Plots $ 150

DHA Lahore has not clearly stated in terms and conditions about the development charges. It is no where mention that plots are including or excluding development charges.
