1. Aoa sir when balloting expected of DHA Multa

   1. Dear Arshad Bhai,

      DHA Multan applications verification process will be completed till 15th May. It is now expected ballot to held in June.

2. Dear Atif Bhai,

   I had submitted my application for multiple plots under Disabled Category. But whenever I go to verify the application, its displaying this error: “Invalid Applicant CNIC.Please enter valid applicant CNIC.”.

   My CNIC is 100% correct. I have also verified with the bank from where I submitted the application. Its also correct there. All other applications of my friends submitted along with me are verified but I am getting this error. What should I do?

         I am entering without dashes. I have also sent message to DHA on facebook page and have received feedback that they will check on Monday.

         Whats your suggestions.

            Please wait for their official reply. Although DHA mention on their website to verify your application till 15th March, as they will complete the application verification process till 15th May.

   I have applied DHA Multan in govt employer catagory but on verification tab of DHA it show general category. How i can change it?
   Or it is best for me in respect of quota.

      You can contact DHA Multan if you want to change the category, if you have proof that you selected Govt. Employee

4. dear Atif Bhai,

   i am overseas Pakistani currently working in Saudi Arabia & have applied for 4 Marla commercial. i filled my form & forward to my brother in pakistan to submit form & money in allied bank.
   we submitted our details on 30 mar-2017 but till now not able to verify my details online.
   we also contact with bank & inquire about my original form, according to bank they didn’t forward original form to DHA & there is no need for that as amount is already deposited in DHA account.
   please guide me necessary steps to be taken to make sure my application considered for balloting.

   1. Dear Mohsin Bhai,

      Please contact your bank and ask them to forward application to DHA Multan. As the application form is property of DHA not the bank. Bank cannot retain it.

   Sir, I have submitted my application on 21-03-2017 till date no message received regarding verification. Please advise.

   1. Please verify at DHA website after 25th April, 2017

      Although DHA website says that:

      “Application verification process will be completed by 15 May 2017 In Shaa Allah. In case, application status does not appear in “Verify Portal” by said date or SMS not recieved, then contact DHA Multan” but we suggest to check it after 25th April.

      if could not verify please proceed for the following steps one by one:

      1- Contact the bank where you deposited the amount and ask them to verify that your application has been dispatched
      2- Call at DHA Multan UAN number, might be now a days number is busy due to call from all over the world for the same issue you are facing but hope fully in a week or two work load will be reduce and things will be settled
      3- Send scan copy of your application form (if you have save application form copy with you) and bank copy to DHA Multan email address
      4- Post photo copy of your application form copy and bank slip copy to DHA Multan Postal address

6. Pls share your feed back regarding own money on 125 yard and 250 yards I.e 5 &10 merla plot after balloting.

   1. Dear Khan Bhai,

      Own price will be dependent on demand and supply. If DHA issued high quantity of plots own price may be less and if number of plots issued is low quantity the own will be high. However we don’t recommend booking for short term, booking is design for people who cannot pay can amount and are offered plot in installment plan.

7. Dear Atif Bhai,
   I applied for 8 Marla plot in the name of my daughter but I paid the application fee from my account.
   Yesterday I got the fee returned back in my account with the reason “Masood Rizvi:Bens name and account mismatch.”. What do you suggest ?How can I resubmit

      I better recommend to you wait for a week, if still it do not verify your application online then proceed for the following:

    I hope you are well, i’ve submit 2 applications for dha multan in overseas category and both are reflecting on the website, as you’re the most relevant and connected person with dha’s projects so it’s pertinent to question you with regards to, do you have any idea for future expansions of dha, if there’s any plan for sialkot city??

14. Dear Atif Bhai, I submitted an application today the details of form are correct but on deposit slip the guy in the bank mistakenly written the ID card number in the ID card column of the next to kin. Can you kindly tell me is it a problem or not for me?

       But banks deposit slips never have any ID card fields. then how he can write ID card of next of kin?

       1. In bank deposit slip you have to name n I’d card number of the depositor. It is on all deposit slips

       Ballot is expected in end of April or Start of May however due to overwhelming response it may go up to May end as well.

       Once balloted, DHA allow 30 days from the ballot date to deposit the down payment. At the moment you will submit processing fee only.

       Online application submission is closed. If you have already processed online application and due to some reason you cannot deposit it on Friday, you can submit it today. Today is the last date of application.
