  9. Chairman DHA Gujranwala Visited DHA Gujranwala Head Office

    Chairman DHA Gujranwala Lt Gen Muhammad Aamer HI (M) visited DHA Gujranwala Head office on Monday. Project Director Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani and his team briefed chairman on the salient of the project. Chairman visited all the departments and also interacted with employees.
    Chairman also visited the site area of DHA Gujranwala. Project Director briefed him about the pace of project development activities.

    Chairman appreciated the progress so far and urged to continue the good work with the same zeal and spirit for the wellbeing of the members of DHA Gujranwala.

  10. Project Director Briefing to employees of DHA Gujranwala

    An interactive session was held in Head office by Project Director Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani in which all the employees were invited. The purpose of interaction was to give certain policy matters and motivate employees for improving the project as well as to address any queries of the employees. The Project Director highlighted various priorities for improvement of response of the employees.

    It also provided opportunity to employees to give any suggestion for the good of the organization. The suggestion given by various people were heard and few have been accepted to be worked upon .The employees vowed to work diligently and effortlessly for the betterment of the organization.

      Thanks for keeping us updated regarding DHA Gujranwala. I’ll appreciate if you can update us regarding total number of 5 Marla Balloted and unballoted plots. How you see the future of unballoted 5 Marla Plots and approximate time of next balloting? What’s your experience dealing with DHA, will all 5 Marla plots will be allotted plot number in Next Ballot or can be partial ballot and few may still left unballoted even in next balloting.

        Next ballot is expected soon. So unballoted file future is good sujbect to market response for this first ballot, which is so far good yet. We may see more then 1 location ballot in future as well.

  14. Inauguration of 132 KV Grid Station in DHA Gujranwala

    Chairman DHA Gujranwala Lt General Syed Asim Munir HI (M) visited different sites of DHA Gujranwala yesterday along with the Project Director Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani and team. Chairman DHA Gujranwala inaugurated different sites of DHA which includes 132 KV Grid Station, Sectoral Mosque, Villas and Main Boulevard extension. A brief was also given to the Chairman about the completion time of these projects on which he decided to complete these projects in time.

  15. 1st Location Ballot of DHA Gujranwala Phase 1

    DHA Gujranwala successfully conducted the Location ballot 1-Phase 1 for the residential and commercial categories. Chairman DHA Gujranwala, LT Gen Syed Asim Munir graced the occasion as chief guest of the Location Ballot Ceremony. The ceremony was conducted in Gujranwala Golf & Country Club. The balloting was conducted live through a software. The Project Director Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani heartily congratulated all the members and thanked the guests present for being a part of the ceremony.

  17. Inauguration Ceremony of Infrastructure Development of DHA Gujranwala

    On 29 Sep 2021, formal contract signing ceremony was held at DHA Site Office for infrastructure development of DHA residential sectors. The contracts have been signed with Habib Rafiq Limited, Inland and Shahid & Co. Project Director Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
