    Hashoo group seems to be a very big name in Pakistan,very very rich,so how come they took people’s hard earned cash & has done nothing (at all)for all those people who bought their plot.How come other societies in the area has permission for their clients to build their properties & if possible any chance of providing me the email address of this crooked & selfish money grabbers.

  2. Hello Brother Atif, its been one year no update on prices in Golden Palms nor any news about their restoration of NOC. Do you have any update and if society has not opened bookings until NOC is renewed, do you have anyone who wants to sell 1000 yards plot

      There is no active trade in the market. That’s why rates were not updated. Yes plots available for sale in market for 1000 yards. Their NOC is under restoration process.

    1. Hi brother atif how can I book a plot in golden palm scheme. They don’t have any details of how and where to deposit the booking fee and they don’t even have any details of payment plan except the total amount. And also is it approved scheme.

        Golden Palm is GDA Approved scheme, however currently it NOC is expire. Golden Palm is not offering any kind of booking yet. Once booking will be available we will update here.

          Demanded prices in market are as under:

          100 yards commercial 13 to 15 lacs
          200 yards commercial 28 to 30 lacs

          Transfer fee is:

          Rs. 100 per yards for commercial plots and Rs. 50 per yards for residential plots.

        Its NOC is not restored, we suggest to wait till NOC is restored. Project location one of the top location of Gwadar and group is very strong behind this project. No new booking is available till NOC restored. It is expected to open new booking in beginning of 2018. We are just started giving prices for track record only.
