About New Town Gwadar

New Town Housing Project 1st Phase was launched first time in 1986, this project was purely for locals. Initially, very nominal charges were paid for 500 sq/yd and 1000 sq/yd Residential Plots. Almost more then 50% area at here is populated now and all basic facilities are available, i.e. electricity, drinking water and telephone. Thereafter Phase-II. III, IV-A and Phase IV-B were announced. Phase-II and III is also allotted to locals whereas in Phase-IV, some plot were allotted to the people outside of Balochistan. It is surprising that these plots were allotted only on the payment of Rs five to ten thousand. This Housing Project works under the supervision of DCO Gwadar. All Record of plots file is available in DCO office Gwadar.

  3. we had plot in ph5 new town 200 yard, my question is if we sell it did the person to whom it plot belongs (i mean name, its on my wife name) must be present in gawader at the time of trasnfer? OR either i or her father can do that OR no issue we can sell it from Karachi

      Gwadar will be developed into phases. Currently Short Term development plan time line is 2025. Maanbar Scheme fall in Long Term Plan area.

Pls update rates…There is a huge difference between current market rates and u r last updated rates..so It is requested that we All View this blog a v reliable platform so u must ensure that rates are updated as per market dynamics or otherwise there is no point in us getting updates from this website.
      As i have invested millions in Residential & Commercial plots in( New Town 4 without map )I m saying this with complete total authenticity that there is atleat 30 to 35 % difference between u r rates and current market rates..Mrket rate is 35 %more ,HIGH today than what u have updated last time.

      So i m requesting all concerned to get market rates from other resources as well instead of relying on only EPROPERTY NEW TOWN

        I appericate your feed back, currently market is not behaving normal. In such situation it really hard to give rates after every few hours. We always recommend to get rates on call from the concern person. However we will try our best to keep you all updated thorugh this page.

      Due to new applicable taxes there are some issues with New Town Trasnfer. Actually transfer is open but people are not familiar with Stamp Duty, With Holding tax etc which is now applicable on New Town Transfer.

  13. Is it safe to invest in new town phase 5 files despite there being no map available yet? Please explain.

      Even it dont have map but still it is a Govt. project. However it is always more safe to buy some thing with possession. You can in proper New Town phases which has possession.

      New Town has no officially announed any map for Phase 4 and Phase 5 yet. As it will be officially available we will update here.
