  The rate list that you have provided is FALSE (Phase-2, Residential 600 Sqy, Extention IS NOT 50-Lac).

    I am really thank full to you to highlight this mistake. We at eProperty do not recommend Phase 2 Ext. People in market know it very well. By mistake the staff was copying the old rate format and using the same rate for 600 yards Phase 2 proper under the heading of Phase 2 Ext. also.
    
    I will request to please also check our other Gwadar Projects pages under list of Gwadar Propeties at http://eproperty.pk/gwadar/ and give your feedback if you find any mistake.
    
    I will be happy to listen from you. I always love healthy critic which actually show us the right direction and give us courage to improve our self.
    
    This was a format mistake only. We do not recommend Sangar Ext. due to overpriced as compare to 400 yards Phase 1 and 600 yards Phase 2 proper. We always encourage our investors to invest in Snagar proper phases only.
    
    I have fixed the rate format and will also convey it to my computer operator who post daily rates. Once again I would like to thank you and also request you to keep checking our rates in future as well. So we can provide more accurate and competitive rates in the market.
