Merger of the Society (Rahbar Sector & Halloki Gardens) with DHA Lahore has been completed and now it is functioning as one of its Phase (Designated Phase – XI).     I have been recently told that prices have started to recover again. Also heard that they may announce possession by October for phase 2 extension where i have a 5 marla plot. Can you kindly advise present levels for our guidance.

      As a matter of fact prices are low in these blocks but prices may high when ballot done maza halloki and sadoki files.development status going on there.

      1. Whan is the balloting expected? is thier any official announcement? What are the plorts range in DHA Rahbar Phase 1 and what are their development status (phase-1)? These qs are just to asses Extention Investment gap. Thanks if you could provide the data.

      What is the current rate of 1 Kanal in DHA Hallokki.

      I want to understand how does DHA operates, i.e There is no information about DHA 10 or 11 or 12 on the website of DHALahore.org . Yet buying and selling goes on.

      No formal announcement to do a booking on either of the phases so how does it work.

      As for DHA Bahawalpur, DHA Multan and DHA Peshawar we could see the formal mentioned in their respective website.

      I remember I bought a Kanal file for DHA Gujranwala 2 years back, and now I see that there are advertisement/booking for 5 marla, but no where is it mentioned about 1 Kanal.

      please shed some light on how these phase come into existence?

        DHA Phase 11 and 12 are mentioned on DHA website.

        DHA Rahbar & Halloki Gardens are now DHA Phase 11
        DHA EME is now DHA Phase 12

        You may also find official maps on DHA Lahore website

          I will suggest you to go for IVY Green over DHA Rahbar and you may also go for DHA Phase 9 Prism in this budget.

    1. Dear Maqsood Ahmed Bhai,

      I can only suggest for the area for which I have information. DHA is Pakistan nunber 1 Housing Development in terms of safe and secure investment cum return. I would not be able to suggest the best investment within the whole country. We are dealing with DHAs project mainly and few projects in Gwadar.

      In budget of 5 million you have following options:

      5 Marla plot in DHA Lahore Phase 9
      1 Kanal affidavit in DHA Bahawalpur and balance amount in Gwadar project
      1 Kanal DHA Peshawar affidavit
      1 Kanal DHA Gujranwala affidavit
      A mix of sizes in Gwadar

      Minimum holding time 3 years
