salaam i was just wondering about the situation with regards to delvelopment charges for bahria town sector c …. as we have a 10 marla plot there in jasmine/juniper… but we live in the uk and have not paid the development charges yet… can we still pay them in now and will there be any fines due….. as they usually threaten to cancel the plots…
and will we be able to take posession and construct on it….thank you
Development Charges for 10 Marla Plot in Bahria Town Lahore Sector C were Rs. 210,000 and possession charges were Rs. 65,000.

Hi Muzzamil hope you doing good. I am owner of two plots available in IRIS block Sector C. Both plots are infront of each other and suitable for two brothers.
