    1. Dear Ali Bhai,

      DHA Multan will send you intimation letter soon along with membership form. Once received you need to fill up the membership form and make pay order for down payment and send back to DHA Multan office postal address. DHA will soon start sending intimation letter and membership form.

    If down payment is made but the first installment is delayed then what will be the DHA Multan policy for cancellation of such files? Will only the late payment daily surcharge will be counted ? Or in case of cancellation after how much time file will be cancelled after down payment?

    1. Dear Asim Bhai,

      Usually DHA don’t cancel plot. If you have made down payment and don’t pay any installment you have to pay surcharge for all late payments. But in terms and conditions which you have signed at the of booking says that DHA can cancel the plot. Now it is up to DHA if they don’t cancel the plot. You are requested to read the terms and conditions once again for your understanding. For the next time keep in mind that once you have sign the document you are bound with terms and conditions written on the document, what so ever these are.

        Atif Bhai, i hv applied around 10 applications with different names, but no single name came in ballot. Anyhow am still interested & want to buy residential plots files in DHA Multan. Can you please guide the procedure, how i can buy plot file & advise estimated charges break-up,

        such like 10% down payment must deposit within one month on each plot once anybody declare in ballot draw. Now unfortunately i hv no single name in ballot, so what extra payment will be pay, if successful persons agreed to give me their plots.

    Out of 4 application, I got successful in one 8 Marla. Now, since in my application I mentioned my present address of UK, I am confused how to get intimation letter.
    Will they deliver it to my home in UK at prescribed address?
    In case if it is not delivered, how to start with down payment process?
    Please advise.

      This is rate format only. At eProperty we will not deal till transfer open, It is just for future record. We will start giving rates after 1 week of complete ballot results. But we will start trade once transfer will open.

    1. The process indeed was made very suspicious due to delays and lack of communication.
      Will result in bad name for DHA.

    1. Should I buy Commercial plot in DHA Multan now or wait till OWN demand goes down. As not everyone can catch up with installments. DHA Multan is not Karachi or Lahore. It is still far away from city Centre and not everyone would like to go to DHA for shopping.
      My second question. What are your thoughts about DHA BWP. Is it good time to invest in 10 marlas? DHA BWP will be better than stressing about DHA Multan?

    You gave a comprehensive guidelines in your post balloting direction of DHAM…

    Plz advise as to whether 5 Marla plot file be purchased prior Final date for submission by successful candidates or after the dues have been submitted by the successful ones.

    In first case, files will be available but own rate won’t be stable, whereas in 2nd case, only limited individuals will be interested in selling their commodity once they have already submitted their dues ie Transfer Charges and 1st installment !!

      1. I cant say totally fraud or partially, but for sure it is not transparent, They just called for applications without letting us know number of plots, quota etc. even after ballot no one knows the figures…….

  12. The number of plots in each category are given as under: (disclosed through a DHA Multan source)

    Total number of plots balloted in the phase 1 of DHA Multan = 9800

    Total number of 5 marla residential plots = 4700

    Total number of 8 marla residential plots = 2050

    Total number of 10 marla residential plots = 1800

    Total number of 1 kanal residential plots = 500

    Total number of 2 kanal residential plots = 300

    Total number of 4 marla commercial plots = 300

    Total number of 8 marla commercial plots = 150

      1. Why dha multan not uploading the ballot results.the belated process is causing doubts.their webside is silent and non-responsive.what these people r doing.Where as they claim that dha multan project is their sacrosanct duty……May Allah forgive us…

        1. Dear Rizwan Bhai,

          Every company has it own policy, after ballot DHA manually verify the results and then upload for public. I think it is a good step to re verify the data. However we wish that DHA use the same process for ballot which they use for their office activity. You often saw these papers on which it is mention “This document do not require any signature, it is system generated document or computer generated document”. This might be easy for DHA and for public as well.
