Agreement Signing Ceremony For Mega Commercial With Centerlink Enterprises
Oct 27th 2021: DHA Multan and Centerlink Enterprise signed an agreement for construction of a state of the art high rise residential and commercial project “01 BOULEVARD”, which will be located at Sector-V on Main Boulevard opposite to Health & Education City.

Ground Breaking of Main Park of DHA Multan
Lt Gen Muhammad Chiragh Haider, HI(M), Chairman Project Management Committee visited DHA Multan.
Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, SI(M), briefed the Chairman PMC about massive ongoing development and upcoming projects. He also highlighted the unparalleled key features of DHAM including Connectivity, state of the art infrastructure, Eco Friendly Environment and Smart Solutions. DHA Multan as a symbol of stunning progress and a Modern Living Community would continue to facilitate its esteemed Members & Investors.
Chairman PMC also carried out Ground Breaking of DHA Main Park which is located on Muhammad Ali Jinnah Avenue at Sector U and spread over vast area of 25 acres. Key features of this aesthetically designed recreational Park are Kids Play Area, Elegant Water Bodies, Jogging Track, Kids Gaming Zone, Skating Zone, Open Gym, Sports Grounds, Library and Cafeterias. This artistic featured Park would pave the way towards Green, Clean, Eco Friendly and Healthy Community living of Southern Punjab.

Agreement Signing Ceremony With Imarat Builders
DHA Multan and Imarat Group signed an agreement for construction of Builders Mall by Imarat Group in DHA Multan, which will be located at Sector D on Muhammad Ali Jinnah Avenue.

GROUND BREAKING OF THE AGORA SHOPPING COMPLEX DHA MULTAN
Sep 28th 2021: Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, SI(M), carried out Ground Breaking of “The Agora Shopping Complex” located in Sector V (5 & 8 Marla). On this event Project Director highlighted that DHA Multan is endeavoring to provide the basic amenities needed for liveablility of residents of all Sectors.
He also highlighted that basic amenities and office spaces at “The Agora Shopping Complex” will offer a combination of affordability and fulfill essential needs of the residents.
PHASE-I 2nd LOCATION BALLOT CEREMONY OF DHA MULTAN
Sep 30th 2021: Phase-I, 2nd Location Ballot Ceremony was held at DHA Multan Event Complex “The Arena”. Plot numbers have been allocated to all files issued by DHAM since 1st Sep 2019.To ensure transparency of the process and timely information to our valuable members, the Ballot Ceremony was streamed live on DHAM’s Official Facebook Page. Sep 27th 2021: Pakistan Bikers Travelers Association (PBTA) celebrated World Tourism Day to promote tourism in the country with motorcade comprised of Renowned Tourists, Travelers and Notables on exotic and luxurious vehicles. The closing of the event was organized at DHA Multan “Arena Event Complex”. Project Secretary Col Asif Masood Sadiq, SI(M), graced the occasion and said that DHA Multan is very keen to promote tourism, local culture and natural heritage. DHA 360 Zoo and Theme Park the key initiatives of DHAM will also help to promote Local Tourism. Pakistan’s First Championship Signature 18-Holes Golf Course “Rumanza” will host International golf events, which will bring Pakistan on International Golfing Map and help International Tourism.

This mega project “Pakistan Square” located at the junction of 5 Sectors Q, T, U, X & Y will connect DHA Multan to Motorway through Pakistan’s National Highway N-5 via Ch. Rehmat Ali Avenue, already under construction by NLC. Pakistan Square as symbol of unity will have 220 ft high Pakistan Flag & Monuments of all Provinces.
