    Ground leveling work is being started at DHA Peshawar site also demolishing old house in the land. Plant nursery is under process for a lavish green DHA Peshawar. After silence of few month buying activity is started in DHA Peshawar. Investors are now taking interest in DHA Peshawar.

    DHA Peshawar is now officially communicating project completion time year 2018 for DHA Peshawar Phase 1.

      Dear Atif bhai i need mashwara from your side .I have ten marla file of DHA peshawar 4 installement paid and i am looking to carry it for 5 to 7 years.
      Some my friends are suggesting me to sale as the prices of property is going down in peshawar especially after movement of afghans and the fact no physical development work in DHA peshawar so i am confuse what to do whether to sale it or hold it for further 5 years kindly explain.         I will not recommend to sell it. It is safe and secure investment. The first priority for any investment is to be secure rather a high return, yes after safe and secure the next parameter is return. However if you want to switch for 1 Kanal cash file. It is recommended. You can sell this 10 Marla installment file and buy 1 Kanal cash file. It will be a good move.

          Booking mean that you were not able to pay cash amount and you choose booking option. In booking files holding is supposed to be till maturity until possession granted.

        3. Sorry atif bhai I am unable to understand about booking file. Just I need your verdict that how long i should carry this 10 marla final .One important thing what will be the expected development charges on 10 marla file and what will be methodology of paying development charges whether it would be lum sum or in installment.Once again sorry for disturbing you again and again as i am sure about your kindness that you are answering each question of every which is highly appreciable .

        4. Dear Qasim Ejaz Bhai,

          When you applied for booking you were already suppose to complete the installment plan and development charges and get possession of plot. Bookings are offered for people who cannot make cash payment. So you are supposed to complete the installment plan. This is what I am saying. However if you cannot pay the installment any more you can sell it as well on current profit amount.

          If you can complete the installment plan and can wait for possession that is recommended.

  8. Khyber Pakhtunkwa to set up technology cities around CPEC industrial zones with FWO and PAF

    CM Khattak has announced KP government’s plan to set up technology city around the Rashakai Industrial Zone that was discussed to be included in China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in the 6th JCC meeting in Beijing. An IT Park will also be set in Peshawer and concessional power extensions be offered to industrial units. Provincial governments are being given direct authority over planning of CPEC and ancillary projects and are using this opportunity to revolutionize their industrial sector.

    Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak Wednesday said that a separate cluster of technology city in the Reshakai industrial zone would be setup as part of the CPEC.

    He was presiding over a meeting regarding establishment of technology city in Reshakai, establishment of IT park in Peshawar, concessional power extension to the industrial units in the newly planned industrial estates in the backdrop of CPEC, power generation through natural gas, hydro power stations in Chitral, Malakand and Hazara Divisions and inclusion of projects for the Beijing road-show.

    There would be different clusters of cities, of which two would be developed by the FWO at Rashakai and Peshawar costing 7.02 billion US dollars and one by the Pakistan Air Force, he added.

    All these clusters would be meant for residential accommodations for the CPEC related activities in the region. The meeting was attended by Advisor to CM on Information, Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Secretary P&D and the resource person Mr. Kamal and others. The Chief Minister directed to acquire 125 acres of land for the Reshakai Technology City. He also directed to take all measures for the construction of CPEC tower in Peshawar. The required land would be allocated in the Hayatabad Township, he added.

    Pervez Khattak asked different public sector entities tasked with targets and identification of different products of their respective departments to be sold out to the Chinese big state run companies in the Beijing road-show towards the end of March.

    Different sectors have different responsibilities to fulfill and achieve the targets and all departments should not fall short of their targets, he emphasized.

    The Chief Minister okayed the extension of electricity on concessional rates to all the industrial units in Reshakai, Hattar and D.I.Khan. The electricity would be produced through the natural gas under the share of the provincial government and each power station would produce 225 megawatt of electricity.

    He said the government was planning to produce 1200 megawatt electricity through different projects of hydel power generation which would be extended to the 16 proposed industrial estates in the province this included the revival of sick industrial units and establishment of new one. Another 60 to 70 megawatt of electricity would be produced through different hydel power projects which would be extended to the industrial units in the entire Malakand district.

    Pervez Khattak called upon the officials to be prepared for the Beijing road-show that would be held towards the end of March adding that the other projects which might not become part of the CPEC would be marketed in the road-show.
