  3. NFC Lahore Phase II is highly recommended for investment. Development work is started at site. Currently Lahore Canal Bridge is under construction. It is direct appraoch from Multan Road. From Thokar Niaz Baig to Sundar Industrial Estate only 3 societies has direct access from Multan Road:

    DHA EME Lahore
    Sukh Chayn Gardens Lahore
    NFC Lahore Phase II

    Residential plots price range vary as under for average locations (including development charges):

    5 Marla vary between 3.5 to 5 lacs
    10 Marla vary between 4.5 to 6 lacs
    1 Kanal vary between 11 to 13 lacs

    Commercial plots price range vary as under for average locations (including development charges):

    4 Marla vary between 15 to 18 lacs
    6 Marla vary between 25 to 28 lacs

      11 to 25 lacs as per location

      6 Marla plots overall price range vary between 28 to 35 lacs
