    >> Developer get Utility NOC from concern authority?like Water Board , KESC , Suigas
    >> Developer haired 150 FC for security as per they mention. so what about after completing the project .. is security still exists?
    >> Is the aggrement between developer and customer at the Rs. 100 Stamp Paper?as per KBCA policy
