On Thursday, there was a U-turn in the Bahria Town car race case. This happened when the investigation officer informed the Supreme Court that Atif Sheikh, the main event organizer was detained last week in Dubai. He was caught through Interpol.

Moreover, the police officer has also given his view that banish of the main accused from Dubai, now the police could study the matter thoroughly. He has told this to the two-member bench of the apex court head by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

After listening to the matter, the Supreme Court has told the investigation agency to speed up the investigation and take some challans of the accused before the lower court.
