We know that DHA Bahawalpur is going to booking 2 Kanal plot at 90 lacs on installment plan and 4 Marla commercial plot at 150 lacs on installment plan. In comparison of 2 Kanal residential plot 1 Kanal residential old booking is under priced. It wan booked at 38 lacs on installment plan. Today rate of cash 1 Kanal affidavit file was 33 lacs and it was hard to confirm a file. It mean that Prices will go up if other variables will remain the same.
