    Do you have any idea about the development charges for 10 Marla and 1 kanal plots (DHA Bahawalpur)? I heard that development charges will be more for the plots allotted to civilians than those allotted to armed forces and overseas. Is it true and how it used to be for other DHA projects for instance Lahore, Islamabad etc.

  4. Aoa atif bhai I rephrase my question, I am selling 10 marla file. Now during transfer there would be few charges of dha. Few changes will be borne by buyer and few by seller as per policy. Things like transfer fee etc. Can you please share details If possible, regards.

      Buyer will meet all expenses except Gain Tax. Gain Tax is payable by seller. Details are as under:

      DHA Transfer Fee will pay by Buyer
      DHA Membership Fee will pay by Buyer
      CVT will pay by Buyer
      Stamp Duty pay by Buyer
      File Expenses will pay by Buyer

      Gain Tax will pay by Seller

  5. It is too much profit. It is available with 5 lac profit in Bahawalpur . According to which quota your plot belongs. Because I heard development charges for plots allotted to overseas and army personals will be nominal.

    no body will buy at 6 lac profit at the moment, my offer is 3.5 lac.
    if to buy 6 lac profit 10 marla then its far better to book 2 kanal booking.

  9. I checked with few agents and they demand 7 lac profit for 1 kanal, this is very high . its better to make booking on 2 kanal file.

      I have sellers for 10 Marla & 1 Kanal with me but at the moment they have hold the selling. When it will be available, I will mention here.

    Can you please highlight the initial amount we have to submit in the bank for 4 Marla commercial plot and if I am not wrong so the amount for 2 Marla residential is Rs. 25,000. Further I would appreciate if you have any idea regarding refund portion if one is unsuccessful in ballot. I mean if there is any ? 🙂

      Processing fee for both 4 Marla Commercial Plot & 2 Kanal Residential Plot is 25,000 each and is non refundable in case of unsuccessful or non adjustable in case of successful.

      DHA Bahawalpur one is recommend for investment and it is a long term investment. Files are available. You need to pay the following:

      Down payment: 417,000
      Installment: 285,000
      Own amount: what ever mutually decided between seller & buyer
      Transfer fee: 130,000 approx
      Commission: 35,000

      You can get transfer 1 Kanal in DHA Bahawalpur without your presence.
