Do you have any idea about the development charges for 10 Marla and 1 kanal plots (DHA Bahawalpur)? I heard that development charges will be more for the plots allotted to civilians than those allotted to armed forces and overseas. Is it true and how it used to be for other DHA projects for instance Lahore, Islamabad etc.

Aoa atif bhai I rephrase my question, I am selling 10 marla file. Now during transfer there would be few charges of dha. Few changes will be borne by buyer and few by seller as per policy. Things like transfer fee etc. Can you please share details If possible, regards.

DHA Transfer Fee will pay by Buyer
DHA Membership Fee will pay by Buyer
CVT will pay by Buyer
Stamp Duty pay by Buyer
File Expenses will pay by Buyer
Gain Tax will pay by Seller

I checked with few agents and they demand 7 lac profit for 1 kanal, this is very high . its better to make booking on 2 kanal file.

Processing fee for both 4 Marla Commercial Plot & 2 Kanal Residential Plot is 25,000 each and is non refundable in case of unsuccessful or non adjustable in case of successful.
