But he is giving rate regularly almost. For plots there is no need of 24 hours daily rates. It is generaly required to need rates after 15 days or 30 days. It is useless to give daily plot rates. However Files rate fluctuate very often that required regular update.

Rao Ali giving fake rate,as compared to actual rate. Actual market is going very high.
I have observed the same that Eproperty is quoting very less prices. Another thing is that we should call PM Imran Khan to ask him DHA BWP is still not progressing that much well. There seems to be a loose planning by the management of DHA BWP. Many overseas are suffering as still the prices are have not grown upto a reasonable level after 7 years waiting period. All those who are involved in bogus planning of DHA BWP, MUST be taken to task/questions. This is the matter of hardly earned money of many years of the general masses.
