Bahria Town Lahore New Transfer Fees Schedule

These new fees are now applicable from 28-09-2009 when office will be open after Eid Break.

Rs. 1000 is payable for NDC (No Demand Certificate)

Transfer Fees for Plots (Regular):

125 sq yards (5 Marla) Rs. 18,000
175 sq yards (7 Marla) Rs. 25,000
200 sq yards (8 Marla) Rs. 27,000
250 sq yards (10 Marla) Rs. 68,500
500 sq yards (1 Kanal) Rs. 114,000
1000 sq yards (2 Kanal) Rs. 165,000
2000 sq yards (4 Kanal) Rs. 220,000

For Executive Lodges it will be Rs. 100,000 / Kanal flat rate.

Transfer Fees for Plots (Undeveloped like Sector C etc.):

125 sq yards (5 Marla) Rs. 15,000
200 sq yards (8 Marla) Rs. 21,000
250 sq yards (10 Marla) Rs. 23,500
500 sq yards (1 Kanal) Rs. 30,000

Transfer Fees for Plots (Urgent):

Regular Fee + additional 50% of Regular Fee e.g.

125 sq yards (5 Marla) Rs. 27,000

Transfer Fees for Plots (Death Case):

S.S = Single Storey | D.S = Double Storey

*Where no Urgent Transfer Fee defined, it may be treated as like Urgent Transfer fee for Plots i.e. Regular Fee + 50% additional of Regular Fee in all cases.
