Malaysian High Commissioner in Pakistan His Excellency Ahmad Shahizan Abd Samad recently made an extended tour of Bahria Town’s residential and commercial projects at Rawalpindi/Islamabad and Lahore.

The ambassador appreciated the highest standard of town development and urban planning ever achieved in Pakistan in all projects of Bahria Town and praised the quality of world class facilities made available for the residents of Bahria Town.

The purpose of this visit was to access and explore prospects of investment and sharing of technical expertise in the construction sector and related services. Bahria Town being the pioneers and leader in quality housing projects of international standard was their preference to gain insight into the Pakistani construction industry. This visit will help strengthen the efforts of joint ventures between Pakistani and Malaysian investors in construction industry and will immensely contribute to the region’s economic development.
