ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) is working to create place in extension of Diplomatic Enclave for the embassies having offices in residential areas, said Spokesman for CDA Ramzan Sajid. He said after creating place they would request such diplomatic missions to move to Diplomatic Enclave. He said as far as encroachments by diplomatic missions were concerned CDA could not take action against them without permission of Foreign Office. staff report
