ISLAMABAD: Spokesman for CDA Ramzan Sajid said so far land for Zone-IV had not acquired, but CDA was considering to change the zonal regulations because in future Zone-IV is going to become economic hub. If housing societies will be announced it will ultimately increase the income of CDA, he said, adding, as far as the land acquiring is concerned, the private persons own that and developers has to purchase that land for the launching societies. He denied that CDA offices were involved in any purchase of land.
