A Shnghai Construction Company delegation on Thursday visited the DHA in Islamabad to look for a site for the development of a resort, a hotel, villas and housing sectors.

DHA Vice President Maj Gen Zakaud Din Malik said he was optimistic that such collaboration of two developers would strengthen the ties between Pakistan and China. He said the DHA would be the most modern housing scheme introducing facilities such as the Jacaranda Family Club (Maxcorp Malaysia), Emaar Housing, Al-Ghurair Gold Crest Towers and commercial complex over an area of 3.2 km.
