DHA Bahawalpur Management announced land acquisition for Phase 2 from April 2018. In a media advertising management said that they have completed land acquisition as per their requirement and they are thank full to land owners and land providers in this regards to meet the targets for DHA Bahawalpur.
From April 1st, 2018 DHA Bahawalpur will start buying of land for DHA Bahawalpur Phase 2.

dha bhwp files prices did make much profit as compared to other dha. bought 1 kanal file 4 years ago for 29 Lakhs but now after 4 years its only 32 Lakhs, its used to be Double in 4-5 years… 🙁
Still i hears its long term investment for next 3-6 years.. so i think its very non or slow productive investement.
