Members are requested to pay 299,990 as down payment including membership fee of Rs. 49,990 (membership fee 22830 + 27,160 misc. charges) through Pay order / Bank Draft in favor of “Defence Housing Authority Peshawar” along with covering letter containing particulars i.e.

- Father / Husband Name
- CNIC / NICOP Number
- Address
- Contact Numbers
- Passport Size Photographs (with blue back ground)
- 2 copies of NIC / NICOP (duly attested)
