   Sir i have a question.
   Is agriculture land has the same valuation rate as commercial.the Land has been used for factory purpose for more than a decade. All the area is now industrial in katar bund road lahore. Does this land can be sold as a commercial or agriculture. If agriculture then what is fbr valuation rate for agriculture land as theres only residential and commercial marla price showing for katar bun road lahore on new fbr valuation rates list.
